Throughout the years, McFarlane Agencies has been a willing contributor to many groups and events that have required their financial assistance and support. McFarlane Agencies is a proud member of the IIBAA and CFIB. Locally, McFarlane Agencies is also a long standing member of the Okotoks Chamber of Commerce. Jason was inducted into the Okotoks Rotary Club October 2011.

Mr. Bill McFarlane has been involved in the Insurance Industry since 1967. He began his career in Calgary as a partner in a Life Insurance Company. In 1974, he changed his focus to General Insurance and established his own company, McFarlane Agencies He continues to reside in Okotoks and is a recognized member of his community from his own contributions and commitments to various boards and sport groups including Town Council.

Trevor McFarlane, BA Econ., CAIB
Mr. Trevor McFarlane graduated from Augustana University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He joined McFarlane Agencies in 1996. He obtained his Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker designation in 1997. Trevor remains active in the Okotoks community with his past involvement in Coaching hockey at various levels including the Junior A Oilers. Trevor currently sits on board panel for the Youth Justice Community.

Jason McFarlane, BPE, CAIB, CIP
Mr.
Jason McFarlane graduated from University of Calgary in 1995 with a Bachelor of
Arts in Physical Education. He joined McFarlane Agencies in 1996. He obtained
his Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker designation in 1997 and his Chartered
Insurance Professional designation in 2006. Jason also remains committed to his
community with his past involvement as a director of the Okotoks Chamber of
Commerce. Jason currently remains active in Hockey as GM/Coach of the Okotoks
Junior Bisons.
